Hiring a Crew Leader ~ annual work and annual pay! Working individuals who enjoy working outside and with a small team. DSC LLC. is a small, but quickly growing company. We have been in business over 25-years with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. There is a lot of potential for you to grow with us. We work on commercial and residential properties in the north Metro Area. Pay is negotiable based on your experience. $18.00-$20.00 for crew leaders = annual compensation for all seasons. Crew Lead: This is for the lead position for landscape and seasonal care with a crew of 2-4 workers. The work that you would be performing is lawn maintenance, weekly lawn care, small landscape projects, weed control/prevention, and seasonal outdoor work. You would be overseeing schedules and weekly projects from start to finish. You will have support and guidance, as well as a crew to lead. You can plan and manage tools, equipment and materials to ensure you have what is as needed every day and to make sure all crew members are working efficiently and effectively. We are looking for someone that brings a positive attitude to work every day, reliable and is extremely detail oriented as we provide quality work to our customers.
