Please Read Entire Post! Small, Local Landscape Design Co. is looking for 1-2 dependable, punctual, hard working individuals for Gardening and Landscaping work throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall. Quarterly potential for raises good performance as well as bonuses. Part-time to Full-time depending on how busy of a season we experience. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Trimming, pruning, weeding, planting trees, shrubs and flowers, mowing, edging, weed whacking, and leaf blowing. Pay starts at $15/hr but is commensurate with experience, raises given throughout the season if you display hard work ethics, punctuality, and excellent performance. Ideal candidate would have Plant ID knowledge, mowing/trimming Landscape experience, and be a physically fit, hard working individual. TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST: -Send a Resume with work experience and at least (2) references. -Valid ID and dependable transportation. Some jobs may require traveling and meeting at a clients property or job site. -Drug and alcohol free. 420 friendly but not on the job of course. -Be able to lift 50lbs+. Job can be very physically demanding. -Be ok working in weather extremes, heat of the summer, rain, snow etc.
