ARL FAMILY LAWN AND LANDSCAPE LLC is looking for two team members to join our growing organization for our 25th year serving Northland Kansas City communities. Opening minimum pay $15.00-$17.00 and up depending on experience level. Around 40 hours a week all but guaranteed. Full time work is guaranteed from a start date of 4/4/22 through Thanksgiving, with optional work through continuing through the winter months depending on work load. Company issued hats and shirts will be provided. Typical day consists of a start time of 7:30-8:30 depending on weather, and we try to be off by 6:00 pm. Monday through Friday’s you must be available, as well as some Saturdays on rare occasions if we get behind due to weather. We have only worked 2 Sundays in 26 seasons. Must have reliable transportation, and be presentable. Being on time, and available everyday is critical to the success of the team, and company. I would like to find two team members who want to grow with us. You will not be asked to be a Jack of all trades, but you will be asked to learn and retain information quickly. There is procedures to how everything is done and done properly and you will be taught these. Your main priorities atleast at the start in order will be trimming, edging, blowing, and mowing. I cannot stress enough how important trimming is to the success of our business, if you are uninterested in trimming or using a weed eater please do not apply.
