Bearded dragon with massive custom terrarium

Rehoming my 3 year old beardie with her seriously impressive sized custom made terrarium. This thing is 4 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet and is massive. It has a custom interior rock like surface on the walls and huge sliding glass doors. It also comes with a reptisun lamp (though it's about 8 months old and probably could do with a replacement for UV purposes) The beardie is a great eater also. My biggest issue is that I work 50 hours a week and I study 40 hours a week (on campus for clinicals and stuff) and spending time with her is next to impossible. I feel I'm seriously neglecting her as when I first got her I would take her outside for fresh sun, let her run around a closed off bedroom, clean her tank twice a week and feed her twice a day. But now a days my interactions with her are very brief and are maybe once or twice a week. It isnt fair, and I recognize that, and so I'd like to pass her on to someone who will take amazing care of her and get her used to being handled and loved again. I've spend over $600 on her and so for the massive tank and the dragon and whatever stuff I have like extra lamps, tongs, etc I'd like to ask for a rehoming fee of $100.
