Help wanted to take in/out trash bins for 40+ properties a week!

We are a property management company managing 40+ houses in Henderson/Las Vegas/North Las Vegas, and we are looking for someone reliable who can help us take the trash bins to/from the curb each week. Basically, you will be bringing them from the side yard of each house out to the curb the day before trash day, and then again back inside after they are emptied. Ranging from 2-11 houses each day. Trash should be brought out between 4-9pm and back in before 9pm. This is steady reliable work. Great for someone who enjoys working in the evenings or mornings. Must have own transportation and clean driving record. Must have good communication skills and is reliable and trustworthy. Willing to undergo a background check if needed. Mileage reimbursed at $0.60/mile after arriving at the first house until the last house. Must keep track of your own miles. *BONUS- If you have any handyman skills, please let us know as we are also on the lookout for a backup emergency handyman.
