Albino Ball Python Rehoming with Complete Setup

I have a 4-5 year old albino Ball Python named Monty. I believe he is a male but I have never checked. He is currently eating frozen/thawed medium rats. I recently built a bark background in the terrarium and there are also isopods and springtails that have been introduced to make it bioactive. Full setup includes: 40 gallon breeder tank Mesh hinged tank lid Thermostat Under tank heater Ceramic heat bulb 2 hides Substrate Background The rehoming fee is $400 but I am open to talking about it. I want to make sure he goes to a good home. I also have a normal pattern ball python that lives in a 75 gallon bioactive terrarium that needs rehoming.
