You were sitting next to me at the bar, I was the asian woman with the black dress and the black standard poodle - you said you loved dogs but "that was only half of the reason you chose to sit there." You were so handsome and your compliment was so elegant...I had just gotten off of work, was exhausted and embaressed because I thought I looked terrible...I should have stayed...I went back tonight to see if you were there. You're probably from out of town and long gone but you never know - and if you happen to read this and you do live far away please write - you're supposed to be just another guy but I can't stop thinking about you.
And please don't bother writing unless you're actually him and have something definitive to tell me about that night that only we would know.
