A day in the life as a warehouse associate with Staffmark: Arrive to work on time Utilize our electronic time keeping system to clock in Greet your co-workers and leadership Attend a daily start-up meeting where you will receive updates, expected workloads and safety messages Band together with your assigned team Unload, stack and wrap freight (you will be on your feet, walking/standing, for the duration of shift and lifting/moving freight weighing from 1lb to 50lbs) Stay organized and efficient Communicate with team members and leadership Take a 30-minute lunch break in our break room with many amenities (there are also two 15 minute breaks during the day) Complete workload Check out with leadership Clock out and go home, feeling accomplished Location and Shift: Spanaway, WA an easy drive, right off HWY 167 2932 142nd Ave, Sumner WA 98390 Work 4 ten hour shifts. You Pick: Sunday-Wednesday or Saturday-Tuesday 5pm start time (shifts are 10 hours, depending on the expected workload) Pay: $20.00/hour $50 First Day Bonus (all you have to do is show up your first day!) and another $100 New Hire Bonus (receive this after you complete your first 40 hours worked) $150 Referral Bonus (receive this when you refer your friends to come work with you and they complete their first 40 hours. This is unlimited, so 4 friends=$600!!)
