Full Job Description Ideal candidate has experience preparing concrete surfaces and applying coatings. The business requires operating large industrial grade surface preparation equipment, including planetary grinders, hand grinders and large industrial vacuums. Experience with various coatings is also beneficial, including epoxies, polyurea, polyaspartics and vinyl chip. Owner is willing to train the right candidate. Must have dependable transportation. Duties will include Machine Operator, Driver, Floor Diamond Grinding, Painting. Experience desired but not required. Pay will be based on experience + production incentives. We are looking for a customer friendly, detail oriented team player. We have set the bar high and this will be a great opportunity to grow with us.
