PROSPERA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS NOW HIRING!!!! Prospera Property Management is seeking a Full Time Lead Maintenance Technician in Harlingen, TX. Full Time Employees Receive Free Medical Insurance, 15 PTO Days, 11 Paid Holidays The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition for the assigned property. Insures all buildings, structures, equipment and appliances are in good working order. The position oversees a variety of maintenance tasks including caulking, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, fencing, roofing, concrete, janitorial, landscaping and HVAC maintenance. The Lead Maintenance Technician supports the Property Manager in maintaining the property in compliance with State and Federal regulations. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED preferred. Five years of experience in the multi-family housing industry preferred. Environmental Protection Agency Section 608 Certification required or obtain within one year of employment.
