We are a PI firm with a lot of history and a terrific reputation, located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Yeah --- we’re PI’s. Although we’re no longer the hard-drinking, cigarette-smoking hard noses you've seen in movies and TV (people DO tell me I resemble Tom Selleck. Actually, I tell people that) and we don’t kick down doors, take flash photos of cheaters in hotel rooms, pistol-whip the bad guys with our gats, or chase broads anymore, the work is still a real kick in the pants. Every case is different and all of our clients are desperately in need of someone to help them. This is a chance to be a “White Knight” to someone. Every assignment. Every time. Although we don't succeed every time, we have the OPPORTUNITY to make a difference. Because of that, we're seeking self-driven individuals to come on with our organization as investigators. Although no experience is required, some background in surveillance, the justice system and/or research will be a definite plus. If you have no specific experience, hardy character traits ARE required. Law enforcement and ex-military do particularly well, especially if you have any previous surveillance experience. Female investigators can be terrific and we have several on staff that do amazingly well. You will be expected to be self-motivated enough to require minimum supervision, but will be provided with all of the support that you need to do what needs to be done to be successful. Depending on experience, capabilities and knowledge, we pay between $20 and $45 per hour, plus $.58 per mile (when the use of your vehicle is required for a case).
