This Spring, a local youth sports organization has an opening for a very exciting flag football coach job. Prior coaching experience is not required but is preferred. The ideal candidate must be able to coach multiple age groups and maintain high energy and enthusiasm with the kids. Job Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of kids between the ages of 4-12 in our Youth Flag Football League. There are three age groups in our league. Ages 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12. The candidate would be expected to coach one team in each age group. Arrive every Saturday morning with a game plan for a practice and scheduled games. Job Qualifications: Must have a reliable form of transportation Experience working with children and have strong knowledge and passion for Football (Preferred) Job Rewards: Pay is starting at $16-$20 per hour (Negotiable depending on experience) Making a difference in the lives of the next generation!
