working band

would be helpful when posting for a working band what the expectation is. never sure if it's a 'working band' versus a 'for fun only' band. for a project that intends to work when the time is put in and is not just for fun but does'nt necessarily have gigs on the calender because their lineups not complete, both seem reasonable. or someone hoping a working band with gigs will kick someone out in favor of them and they can walk in and start working. seems like the latter and i suppose some working bands are always looking to upgrade or having trouble with current members but it's not likely a working band is looking for anybody. i've also posted looking for members for a working band (to me that's a band or part of a band that wants to work when the lineup is established and not just play for fun at the practice space) but think i may have been too vague in my own listing and then been worried that people think it's work just waiting to be had. idk
