Pure Bred Boxer needs rehomed!

Hello. With a very sad heart we have to rehome our pure-bred boxer. He is up to date on all of his vaccines - just took him to vet less than a month ago(and can provide receipt as proof!) he just turned 2 this month. He is not neutered but we do have scheduled and already paid more than half, if you want him to be neutered, I can work it out with you so you have very little left to pay. He’s a great dog, however he keeps leaving our yard - we don’t have a fence and can’t afford one. We had a female as well and she was hit by a car and passed away, so we do not want that to happen to Remi! He is excellent with children - we have 7! We have a chain that we’ve been trying to put him on to go out, but my little kids keep letting him out and it’s causing a lot of problems with our neighbors. We’ve tried and tried but sadly, the dog warden keeps showing up and telling us all of the complaints he is getting from the neighbors when the little ones let him out. :-( If you have any questions, please reach out.
