Attention Landscapers, outdoor carpenters outdoor living craftsmen! We're looking to expand our subcontractor library / contacts. We will have available jobs between $1k and $100k. We have sufficient demand to sub $500k + in work over the next 12 months We are a high end, high quality outdoor living/landscape construction company... We normally do everything in house rather than using subcontractors, however with our surging demand and a very tight labor market, we are looking for contractors interested in / needing more work. We have very high standards, we expect / demand professionalism, punctuality, reliability and exceptional craftsmanship. A ideal fit would be a individual contractor or a small company with similarly high standards but potentially just getting into the market and desiring additional work. An ideal fit would not necessarily need to have experience in all aspects as we have in-house teams who can handle any aspects of a job that a contractor was not experienced in. We service the I-25 / front range corridor from Berthoud to Wellington. Windsor would be the center of our service area.
