Fill in an application and stop by our office with two forms of ID and we will get you set up!!! -------------------------------------------------------- 7777 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 MON THRU FRI - from 8 AM TO 2PM Call 303.537.7386 ---------------------------------------------------------- In order to obtain or renew your Colorado Flagger certification, you must fulfill the following requirements: a Flagger must be eighteen (18) years of age or older; a Flagger must be trained by an entity authorized by CDOT prior to providing temporary traffic control or direction within any highway, road, or street maintenance or construction work area Must pass a practical and written examination with a score of 85% or better. The written exam can be open-book and open-notes. Flagger certifications in and for Colorado are valid for two years.
