Construction Apprentice Local construction/remodel company is seeking a hard-working candidate who is interested in gaining experience and wants to be long term part of a rewarding team! Basic Requirements: • Previous experience in general construction preferred but willing to train the right person. • Ability to read a tape measurer and follow instructions as directed by team leader. • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen (not tested for THC). • Reliable and able to work independently. • Reliable transportation to and from worksite. • Be task-orientated and committed to completing the job. • Have own set of basic hand tools needed for job such as a hammer and tape measurer. • Able to lift 60 – 80 pounds. What we do: • Pour concrete for patios. • Fence repair and building. • Replacing windows and doors. • Replacing and installing flooring including tile and hardwood. • Repair and/or build outdoor decking. • Set or install cabinets. • Blow-in attic insulation. • Barn construction. • Foundation work. • Room or home expansion. • Other duties as assigned. Schedule: • Full-time, Tuesday-Friday working 10hr shifts.
