Provide day porter, grounds porter and light maintenance duties to all Vancouver and Hillsboro, Oregon properties. Exterior grounds porter: Clean debris from entrances and sidewalks (leaves, trash) Clean cobwebs at exterior entrances, including canopies and canopy lighting Clean elevator stairways in parking garages (MCPB and Pavilion (leaves/trash) Remove trash, cigarette waste, 3rd party trash, and broken glass from parking lot areas as needed Clean exterior trash containers Empty outside trash containers (replace liners) and clean interior of trash containers as needed Emergency clean up (spill & misc. clean up) as directed. Report any full compactor/dumpster areas to office Exterior painting of fire hydrants, railings, etc., as needed. Interior day porter: Refill dispensers, wipe counters/sinks, wipe walls/toilets urinals as needed Remove fingerprints from common area glass and elevator walls Sweep entry ways, dust pictures, police hallways for debris Clean exterior door thresholds and baseboard ledges Clean legs of common area furniture Change light bulbs up to 12 feet (ladder/light bulbs provided by PMBRES) Remove bugs from common area fixtures. Interior painting touch-up, etc. (as needed) Light maintenance: Replace lights Replace sink cartridges Plunge sinks/toilets Change filters Assist with other maintenance requests as directed *Duties may be added or modified at any time based on property needs. **Reliable transportation required
