Carpenter / Worker for Deck Building & Painting

We are looking for a good carpenter / worker to help with deck building (and some painting and staining). Must have experience and be dependable and neat. MUST BE VACCINATED AS WELL and also have DEPENDABLE transportation (i.e. a car, not public transit). Please reply with a description of your experience.
