COMPETENCIES • At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Must be detail oriented and organized • Light handy work such as painting, patching, cleaning, landscaping, etc. • Ability to successfully manage multiple properties in Jersey City and Newark • On call 24 hours for emergencies • Ensures all appropriate communications to tenants and staff are posted in buildings during emergencies and service disruptions *****DRIVER LICENSE A MUST****
