Maintenance Tech – Full Time TEAM SNW LLC TJ’s Highland Steakhouse/Oshkosh Country Club/Destinations Oshkosh The maintenance tech is responsible for maintaining in a state of good repair: Performing repairs in a timely manner. Maintain records of repairs. Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and schedules. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and be able to perform solo as well as in team settings. Strong organizational skills are required. The facilities include but are not limited to: - TJ’s Highland Steakhouse - Pro shop - Pool buildings - Houses at Tj’s Destinations - Pump House - Golf course maintenance buildings - Bridges on golf course Position Duties - Identify safety concerns and correct immediately - Follow preventative maintenance schedules - Repair bathroom plumbing fixtures as needed - Clean light fixtures on interior and exterior of buildings - Change light bulbs as needed/maintain inventory of lights - Furnace filters changed on schedule/light Hvac - Painting and touch-ups - Light carpentry - Snow plowing - Roofing repairs Employment Requirements - Must have general knowledge of tools used in repairs - Must have basic knowledge of toilets, sinks, and minor plumbing - Must have basic carpentry skills - Must have basic knowledge of painting and wall repair - Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift up to 75 lb - Must be available for emergency calls on evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits include - Health insurance - Free golf - Use of pool during non-peak hours as approved by management Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
