Help with Building & Other Projects on Sustainable Farm

In search of another crew member to join up with multiple building projects including a septic system installation, garage build, bathroom additions to cabins and other miscellaneous tasks. Trades experience preferred. Mainly looking for a person with an excellent work ethic and attitude. Willing to do some training with the right person. Please be substance & tobacco addiction free. Please supply references to be checked. Pay TBD based on experience. Thank you.
