Quick & Easy Apply: Apprentice Marine Technician We are looking for someone who can jump into spring time start up season and perform basic spring time maintenance on outboards and stern drive boats. This job could be a temp position, part-time, or full-time. No previous boating repair required for the right candidate willing to train. All we require is a positive can do attitude and basic mechanical aptitude. We fully support our technician with training in the offseason. We offer paid online training and also hands on classes at LRCC Mercury University, and we have an in-house advanced mentoring program to accelerate careers. Experienced Marine Technician We are seeking experienced boat technicians. We have many training and advancement opportunities. We fully support technician training. Heavy Equipment Operator We are seeking a year-round full time heavy equipment operator to join our team. You are responsible for moving boats around by fork truck competently. Duties: Operating a marina forklift up to 14,000 lb. capacity. Ability to pull and set boats up to 30 ft. in a 4-tier high dry rack building. Check equipment daily for proper fluid levels and general operation including hydraulic lines and fittings, forks and straps condition and report maintenance and repair issue to management. Must be able to operate a boat. Must have good attention to detail and and have a record of no damage. Ability to prioritize and maintain a timely schedule of movements.
