We offer alot of home services. We do Insulation, Solar Attic fans, solar tube lighting, and whole house fans. Compensation is dependent on what your skills bring to us. I normally start everyone at 15/hr to see where you are as far as experience goes. After the first 2 weeks if you can crawl around in attics and crawl spaces easily will go to 18/ hr plus incentives. You have a chance to get to 25/ hour within 60 days plus incentives.
