Primary Roles & Responsibilities: - Operate loader to move, stockpile, and load material for costumers and plant in a safe and efficient manner - Operate other heavy machinery equipment around the plant in a safe and efficient manner - Conduct pre and post-shift inspections to ensure a safe work environment - Assist in plant maintenance - Ensure proper material handling for quality purposes - Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: - High school diploma or GED required - 3 or more years experience as a loader operator - Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights off the ground - Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling requirements - Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling requirements - Hearing, smelling, far acuity, depth perception, the field of vision requirements Benefits: - Competitive Wages Dependent on Experience. - Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance. - 401k + Company Match. - Paid to Time Off and Paid Holidays. - Room for Growth Opportunities. - Health Savings Account. - Positive Work Environment.
