A Sub-Contractor needed to perform nightly cleaning of a small elementary school in SW Atlanta. Qualification: Must be and independent contractor. At least 10 yrs in the cleaning industry to include schools. General cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, etc. Must know how to use all cleaning machines...scrub/wax, strip/wax, propane buffers, auto scrubber, carpet machine, etc. Must be insured and bonded.
