Sieger Realty Mgmt does A-Z work required for apartment building management. Our growing and dynamic property management office is looking to hire a capable Repairs/Maintenance Lead. We're looking for someone with: --General skilled handyman/repair ability - Address misc. repairs of all kinds. Know-how in drywall and patching, painting, etc. Low-level plumbing needs, electrical understanding, able to estimate job costs and get them done. Carpentry and renovations experience required. --Strong prioritization and delegation skills are essential. In order to accomplish and manage the completion of 100+ various repair/maintenance needs happening at any given time, you have to be great multi-tasker and think 2 steps ahead. Ability to assess/inspect a unit/building with a close eye, and clearly map out all needs required. Be pro-active and get jobs done to completion. --Capable of assessing current needs on the dashboard as they are updated, while addressing emergencies as they arise. Be in the field making sure things are getting done. Either do unit - work, renovation work directly or manage workers/external vendors in getting the job done. Manage all supplies inventory and assist with buying/ordering as needed. --A major part of the job is being the project lead for unit turns - updating apartments to get market rent. You will be head of these projects and need to hire/manage workers under you as needed to get the job done. **Intuitive Use of a smartphone/tablet** quick learner with Appfolio, Google Drive, Calendar, WhatsApp Knowledge & Skills: Ability to work closely with a diverse customer population Adaptable in various environments - handle all personality types and remain patient and professional Comfortable with reporting all activity for tracking and accountability purposes Build and manage a team of workers to ensure jobs get done efficiently What you can expect from us: Competitive Hourly Wage $25 - $35/hr DOE, with a lot of growth potential for the right candidate.
