Corbett's Total Property Care 3 Project Manager Positions Available Qualifications/Job Description Bilingual is a plus but not required Knowledgable construction project manager Estimating construction project: exterior, interior, roofing Minimum of 3-5 years experience in overseeing and estimating projects Managing and overseeing contractors, sub-contractors, crew Able to communicate with Project Lead General knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, windows, roofing, and siding MUST be willing to travel to job site (50-70 miles from office depending on job location) MUST have reliable transportation MUST be computer literate, familiar with QuickBooks, and bidding software, training available Availability 8AM to 5PM M-F and Two Saturdays per month Compensation Salary + Project Bonuses Responses: Respond to add with resume and contact information Company Website Equal Opportunity Employer
