To Identify asbestos, lead to be removed while following all safety procedures and federal laws regarding removal. II. Major Responsibilities · Comply with prescribed safety procedures or federal laws regulating waste disposal methods · Remove asbestos or lead from surfaces, using hand or power tools such as scrapers, vacuums, or high-pressure sprayers · Identify asbestos, lead, or other hazardous materials to be removed, using monitoring devices Education: High School education, GED or equivalent Experience: • Qualified applicants must have a current Asbestos Texas Certified Worker License • Minimum of 1 year experience in removal of asbestos from ceilings, walls, beams, and other structures • Good driving record is a plus and must be current
