Description: Working daily routes cleaning windows and parking lots Ability to lead a 2-Person crew daily(sometimes more) Ability to complete some ladder work Ability to complete some lift work Ability to complete extended pole work Ability to complete deep cleanings and ASAP jobs Ability to communicate with customers and managers to problem solve Reporting to GM any issues within the team or with customers Regular maintenance of office and shop trash and cleanliness Assist General Manager as needed Work Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours a week $18/hr Regular reviews and raises available Qualifications: >>High school diploma or equivalent >>Minimum of (2) years management or lead experience. Experience requirement may be waived in lieu of proficiency in window cleaning and/or other qualification determined by the company. >>Valid driver’s license and insurability >>Personal transportation to and from work
