KANE COUNTY, IL — Jamie Mosser was elected this week to serve as Kane County state's attorney, five years after leaving the office to open her own practice.
Though there are as many as 10,000 mail-in votes still to be tallied in the county, Mosser declared victory on Election Night after getting a "gracious call" from her opponent, Republican Bob Spence, of Batavia.
