Need a good helper with own tools and good skills to help with apartment renovations. Pretty easy work same scope throughout each apartment in complex. Need to be able to show up to work as scheduled, be multiskilled to hang doors, minor electrical like outlets, Painting, minor drywall repair, kitchen backsplash installation is a big plus too. Paydays are on Mondays after your week worked. Steady pay steady work. Need someone that can start right away. Current job is in Jax * Very important * If you accept the position at the daily pay rate of $125 a day (which will be paid out weekly every Monday), please expect to show up to work each day you are scheduled. Also, I must be able to communicate with you effectively. If I text you or call you I need a response. Not trying to be rude just trying to be real. I have had way too many problems after hiring someone that agrees to a pay rate and a start date and then they don’t show up and never respond again. Please do not leave me hanging and waste my time and I promise I will do the same in return.
