Sea Ranch Resort has a General Maintenance/Houseman position available! Must have knowledge of: * Building repairs * Equipment repairs * Preventative maintenance at the hotel. This includes but not limited to: outdoor pool, HVAC units, heat/AC throughout hotel, outdoor and indoor lighting, kitchen, and more. * Must be detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, be able to lift heavy items, understand cleaning basics and demonstrate a high level of quality, productivity, teamwork and time management. This position requires a great deal of physical labor. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
