Small lab x needs home ASAP please!

Please help me find him a good home. He's my best friend but I have no other choice. Recently single mom and having to move to a property with a smaller yard and shorter fence. Please read carefully! Loving 4 yr old lab x mixed breed. No idea what he's mixed with but he's small and kinda pudgy at 40lbs. Neutered. Good with children and other dogs. Afraid of cats. I wouldn't trust him around with small animals/rodents….he feels it is his life's mission to rid the world of squirrels. House broken and kennel trained. Since he wasn't kenneled much during COVID lockdowns, he has a bit of anxiety about it now and will cry and drool so I've been leaving him out and he's been perfectly fine. He sleeps in bed with me every night....he's an absolute sweetheart. He LOVES stuffed animals (he carries them around) and buffalo horns. He leaves "people things" alone. Loves car rides. Easy to bathe. Needs a refresher on leash walking as he will pull unless walked with a prong collar (he will get out of harnesses). My yard is fenced so we don't get out as much as we should to work on it. I think he is mildly allergic to pollen. He licks his paws a lot during this season so I give him Benadryl which helps. He'll go with his kennel, toys and some food. Rehoming because I'm a recently single mom of two and he will occasionally jump my fence and/or dart for the door if it opens. I'm afraid he'll get on the road and I won't be able to catch him with two kids in tow. He is great on a tether but I won't have that ability where I'm going. Asking small rehoming fee of $100 to the perfect fit. Really needs to find a home ASAP.
