New Creations Lawn Maintenance & Restorations, LLC is currently seeking motivated candidates to be apart of a crew. Our company is growing and we need people who will grow with us as we enlarge. We are a residential and commercial landscape maintenance and management company. Candidate needs exceptional work ethic and desire to be part of a growing and efficient team. Experience Required: Landscape experience: 1 to 5 years --- basic lawn maintenance experience working with commercial and residential mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Knowledge/Skills: Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record Class B driver’s license preferred Reliable transportation required Proficient in operating lawn, landscape equipment Strong leadership abilities, sound decision making ability and proficiency with all types of lawn care equipment Mechanically inclined Ability to operate mobile and other cloud-based technology Detail oriented Strong work ethic Forward thinking mentality Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs., perform repetitive labor and work in inclement weather Essential Job Functions Operate and maintain basic lawn maintenance equipment including mowers, edger string trimmers, hedge trimmers, power blowers, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and back pack sprayers Great team member attitude Work in a timely manner to provide superior quality services to clients Wear approved PPE as well as uniform provided by employer or employee provided as directed by management. Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies Must have reliable transportation to and from shop location. Check in with Operational Manager and Mechanic daily Effectively manage lawn maintenance crew to efficiently complete daily mowing route Herbicide Application (License Required) Enforcement of company safety program Safely transport crew and equipment from site to site Mentor and train crew members while adhering to company standards Manage crew equipment to ensure proper maintenance schedule Perform effective time management and tracking Complete paperwork and mobile applications as required Promptly and respectfully communicate with customers to address their concerns, feedback and/or questions Adhere to schedules and routes per management direction Also responsible for taking photos of property (before pics and after pics and damage photos) Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week with occasional OT required), Fours days a week, 10 hours a day (when work permits) Wage Rate: Wage rate starts at $15/hr for a experienced foreman, depended on experienced rate is increased.
