Sweet little male kitten

This amazingly friendly and loving little male kitten showed up in our backyard a few days ago. We have been scanning around to see if anyone had posted a missing cat ad... But so far no luck. We would love to keep him, but our dogs would not be happy at all. Does anyone happen to recognize him and if not, is anyone looking to adopt this loving and sweet kitten?
