Need house lighting fixed

Please include some kind of a ballpark price for the work. I have two lights at my house that I worked on. One is the kitchen light, and the other one is the outdoor ceiling fan. It's on the back porch. So both of these jobs are overhead. The fan only needs to be taken down, and I will do the rest. I am going to paint it a different color. But the kitchen light needs to be fixed, and I am not sure what is wrong with it. So the job is one ceiling fan taken down, and one kitchen light fixed. It may require that a new kitchen light figure be purchased, but I am hoping that a knowledgeable person will know how to fix it. It is a standard kitchen light that uses 48" LED tubes. It just quit working one day. Please include some kind of a ballpark price for the work. I live in Cleburne, 76033. It's about 25 miles south of Fort Worth. Thank you
