The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for an experienced Apartment Make Ready Techs and Groundskeepers to start ASAP! Make Ready Tech Job Responsibilities: • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize • Maintain property appearance • Provide residents with outstanding customer service • Must have experience with installation of ceiling fans, wall sockets and minor plumbing and electrical • Make Ready Technician may also do pressure washing and use paint spray guns • Must own basic tool set Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities: • Pick up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed. • Assist in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies. • Clean all parking areas, sidewalks, breezeways, and other common areas. • Maintain doggie stations; pet clean-up. • Clean pools & clean up around them, daily.(Knowledge of pool chemicals is a plus.) • Cleaning stairs and handling general janitorial duties in common areas. • Delivering property flyers/notices. • Clean and pick-up laundry rooms; clean lint-trays, sweep the floor and empty trash. • Assist in apartment trash-outs and general property clean-up. • Use leaf-blower to clean outdoor common areas. Power washing sidewalks, pools, buildings, etc. Requirements: • Ability to work in a team environment • Desire to work hard and grow • 1 to 3 months of work experience – recommended • Able to lift up to 50 pounds (on occasion) If this sounds like you: Apply now!
