Job Details GEM LLC. is currently looking to add carpenters and skilled labor who want to let their skillset shine. As a local business serving Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario Counties, we strive to provide our community with a solution for all of their needs and wants. We are seeking to add several individuals who will join our team and help us to fulfill this mission. We are also open to speaking with sub contractors. Job Description Applicants should have experience in hanging/finish drywall, painting, framing, installing flooring, and also tiling. Proficiency in basic plumbing and replacement/installation of windows and doors is also a daily work requirement. Hours M-F, 40/week. Some weekends necessary/available. Requirements & Expectations * Knowledge of Basic Tools * Carpentry Foundations * Must have Own Transportation * Reliability and Punctuality are a Must for our Clients * Ability to Follow Directions * Be Open to Feedback * Smart Phone with Data Plan * Desire to learn and grow * Team player Pay & Benefit Options Pay is dependent upon skill and experience.
