Description

I found this dog on east ave right by Bidwell park running through traffic so I picked him up, hes a fluffy brown small dog with white ticking, recently groomed, could be a shih tzu. has a little blue and green collar on but no tags or microchip. pls let me know if hes yours or someone you know so we can get him back to his family!!
