Steepmeadow is a 12 story condominium building with on-site management and amenities including underground heated parking garage,club room,guest room community garden and outdoor pool.Steepmeadow is seeking a candidate to fill a part time janitorial/maintenance position of 25 hours a week with flexable hours.Pay starting at $15/hr.Paid holidays,personal leave and retirement benefit available.This position reports directly to the office manager. Primary duties include:Janitoral-Vacuuming,Sanitizing surfaces,Mopping floors and stairs,Cleaning windows(Main Floor)Trash collection from trash chute as well as all common areas.Assist with package deliveries. Other duties as assigned by management.Seasonal Duties: Assist with pool cleaning between Memoral Day-Labor Day, Cover/uncover Air Conditioners spring and fall.This position will require some lifting as well as climbing ladders.
