It's not entirely the fault. Of the ignorant confederates. We've lived with their hate and stupidity so long. We stoop to their level. To help us relieve some of the pent up anger and frustration. So while most of us. Are not nearly as developementally stunted as they are. ( well no one except maybe texas.) Out here on the forum. We don't behave any better. But the temptation. Is just sooo strong. It's such low hanging fruit. They make it so easy. They'll fall for anything. Ever hear one of hitlers or trumps speeches. It's what you give anyone who doesn't like what they see. It's the same speach every dictator has used. It works on any group that thinks their way. Is the only right way And everyone that doesn't. Must be crazy. Or feels oppressed. Or thinks they are the ones working for God. And dozens of others The people you don't like Are telling lies. They're trying to keep you down They want to silence you. They want to take you over. Controll your lives. Eradicate you. When I get in power. I'm going to stop these terrible people. I'm going to pass laws to set you free from their tyranny. I'm going to make you the great people you have a right to be. If we don't stop these people now. Our way of life. Will end forever. We stand for good. They are evil. And together. We will stop them from destroying everything we stand for. Because you are strong. (Translation: I will tell you anything you like to hear. That will rile you up. Put you behind me. Make you feel the only way to safety is me. That I am your hope. All you have to do is ignore everything else. And stand behind me. No matter what anyone says. I will save you. I could give that speach to dog catchers. That need a raise. We're just not dealing with a brain trust out here. So we put ours in park too. Our bad.
