Our brown dog, Hazel, got hit by a car and ran off in the Hermosa Belmont Cragin area. She was last seen running west on Diversey Ave near Kostner Ave. at 7:00 am on Monday 3/21/22 She is wearing a green/teal harness and a grey sweater. Please CALL if you see her. Thank you!
