Cockatiel found in South Village Avalon Park. Guessing male due to size, personality and singing. Somewhat tame, loves being on shoulders and your head. Accepts head scratches. Is very skinny right now. Someone found him in their backyard but didn't know how to care for birds so we took him in. PROOF REQUIRED IF THE BIRD IS YOURS!
