Can you install Carpet? Glueing green turf on Asphalt parking lot

The current turf carpet that was glued on asphalt parking lot many years ago is now worn out. It has worked out great all these years but now needs to be replaced. There is no padding or anything else underneath. It is simply glued on. Last time any uneven surfaces were filled with concrete mix. Expect to do the same as any unevenness develops when you take out the old carpet. The play area is anyways closed on weekends and evenings so those hours are also good to work on the reinstall. Home depot is right next door and sells the same green turf carpet that I would like to use this time too. I'll pay for all the material cost you just will have to haul it from Home Depot and install. Please respond by email and remember to leave your phone number so I can contact you for details.
