Here's an article and table of the charges against him and their current status. Keep in mind the DOJ has a "rule" where they aren't allowed to charge a "sitting" president. Doesn't matter if they're guilty, they aren't charged. So yes, in looking at the Mueller Report he was GUILTY. So please stuff all the talk of the Muller Report exonerating him. It doesn't.
