Looking for child/pet/home sitter/nanny and assistant

Please read all information before replying. We are a small family with 2 children, 9 year old boy and 5 year old girl, and a 4 yr old Olde English Bulldogge, looking for at least 2 more individuals with different availabilities to provide care in our home in Lexington mostly for date nights, overnights for weekend trips, school drop off and pick up if needed (a valid license is required, having a vehicle is not required), vehicle retrieval, grocery pick up or other errands, and for other overnights/extended stays for when we are traveling or even possibly to travel with us on vacations, pet sitting/drop-in visits (in your home or mine) and house sitting outside of childcare as well. A variety of random opportunities available. I will message as things come up to check availability, sometimes the military makes things very last minute too. Starting date would be April 1st but possibly sooner. Requirements: Be at least 18. Have a valid license. Ability to do basic and small meal preparation as needed. Must be a non-smoker. Ability to pass a background check. Know how to swim (we have an inground pool on the property). Be comfortable with large dogs, our weighs over 100 lbs and gets super excited when he meets new friends but is also extremely lazy and very friendly and obedient. Pay is negotiable depending upon if it is “payroll” and we will both be filing it on taxes, have your own vehicle, etc Minimum Pay (not including tips, bonuses, etc): $10/hour without meal prep/house help $15/hour with meal prep/house help $100/late overnight $150/long overnight Pay for extended stays (week/weekend) are negotiable depending upon what is needed $25/day for just pet or house sitting Other events we have done are fairs, beaches, cruises, vacation trips, etc we pay all expenses and accommodations plus a minimum of $50/day (less than 2 hours work per day normally) or you would pay your own expenses and accommodations and pay is $10 hourly and only paid for the time spent working Personal Assistant/Errands jobs will be negotiated as they are needed and also depends on if you need to use our vehicle or if you have your own. Pay is done instantly by direct deposit but I can also do cashapp and maybe more if needed. If you wish to negotiate any of the pay, please provide it in your response.
