We are seeking a one or two person handyman worker with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience. The following work is needed in a small commercial kitchen. Installation of a 3-compartment sink with a grease trap, install a small utility sink, connect gas range, install vinyl flooring in small area, hang light fixtures, install a wooden flat surface to place equipment, small patchwork, install door, and assemble a couple of racks. The jobs have an overall budget of $1200.00 for one person, or $600.00 for two. FIRM!!!! (Will be paid out after successful work is completed) NO EXECPTIONS!!! Work MUST be completed within 3 days. A one-time $25 gas card will be provided as well as $10 per day lunch stipend. Must have your own tools and transportation. SERIOUS AND EXPERIENCED INQUIRES ONLY!!!!
