Located at the Georgia Renaissance Festival in Fairburn, GA, we are an independently contracted food establishment. The festival is open Saturdays and Sundays starting April 9 until May 30 (Memorial Day), 2022. Hours of operation are 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. We take pride and care in the food we serve festival goers. Our philosophy is that festival food doesn't need to be bland or from a box. We make fresh, tasteful food. Sir Munch A Lots has been featured on The Cooking Channels show Carnival Eats and won first place at the BaconFest VA competition, which awarded us an opportunity to compete at the World Food Championships. Availability for the full eight weekends will be given preference and you must have your own transportation, no public transportation is available. *Quick and efficient preparation of orders *Listen and take direction *Promote a safe and enjoyable work environment *Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, sweep, mop, dishes, remove trash. Everyone is responsible for morning and evening cleaning and sanitation procedures *Assist with inventory *Add and subtract, money handling *Friendly and personable *Follow recipes *Prep and set up stations *Follow proper food handling procedures (we are inspected on a daily basis) *Cooking with deep fryers, grills, ovens, stoves and warmers
