Pomerado/Stone Canyon Road Area Apartment The rent is $1550/month with a 1-year lease, for one person, for the unfurnished apartment.  ALL utilities are free, but the tenant is fully responsible for having a phone or TV.  A Wi-Fi connection is available most of the time (not guaranteed).  There is a private entry and one parking space.  The security deposit is $1550.  If you have an approved pet, there will be extra rent of $50.  There is no fenced area at this time. The area is very private and quiet, on the north side of Twin Peaks Mountain.  The unit is at the end of a private drive on the side of the mountain and backed up to wilderness.  You have your own parking area for one car.  You have your own double door front entry and a back door entry.  The gardener is provided unless you plant something for your needs, like a vegetable garden or plants in a pot. We live on the top level of this house with several small pets.  We try to be positive, kind, fair, respectful, helpful, considerate, and honest people and we want to find the same type of people to rent our basement home. The apartment is in good shape and fairly new.  There is a Living Room Area, Bedroom Area, Dining Area, Kitchen, and Bath.  The kitchen has a full size fridge, a fullsize stove with a glass door, and dishwasher, with maple cabinets and black granite counter tops.  Also lots of kitchen storage.  There are 2 large mirror closets, special niches alongside the entire south wall.  There is NO washer/dryer.  The best sound-proofing was used to build the unit and it is super insulated, though that makes the ceilings low.  The bathroom only has a shower--no tub.  There is a window AC.  The unit is about 750 sq. ft. and is an unusually long layout.  This is a MUST SEE unit. The unit is LESS than 10 minutes to HWY 15.  Sprouts grocery store and and a small shopping center are less than a block away.  Major shopping and Rancho Bernardo shopping are about 10 minutes away.
